Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; Series 7, Series 66, and Series 24 or 9/10 licenses.
• CFA and/or CFP designation preferred.
• 10+ years in financial services with portfolio analysis, tax and risk focus.
• 5+ years direct people leadership in wealth management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop senior teams of consultants across SWA Fixed Income Consulting, Options Consulting, and specialist capabilities.
• Define long-term vision, service model, talent strategy, and client experience for the advisory platform.
• Partner with Wealth and Advice Solutions, Product Management, and Retail to drive growth and client relationships.
• Launch specialist programs for prospect engagement, client acquisition, and wealth conversion.
• Translate complex investment concepts into actionable guidance for advisors and clients.
