Job summary

Charles Schwab is seeking a Director of Wealth Management Coaching & Consulting to advance the Modern Wealth Management experience across the Heartland Region. You will partner with branch leaders and wealth management professionals to drive coaching effectiveness, client engagement, and growth through strategic consultation and performance improvement.

The role requires deep wealth management expertise, data-driven decision making, and strong leadership to elevate advisor capabilities,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licenses required.
10+ years of experience in the financial services industry.
7+ years of sales leadership, coaching, consulting, or advisor development experience.
Comprehensive knowledge of wealth management, financial planning, and client engagement strategies.
Demonstrated ability to coach and develop professionals through structured consulting and performance improvement approaches.
Deep understanding of brokerage, advisory, and banking products and services.
Ability to leverage data, metrics, and business insights to identify trends and develop action plans that drive results.
Strong business judgment with the ability to prioritize competing opportunities and effectively manage risk.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence diverse audiences.
Ability to travel approximately 50% and reside within the Heartland Region.

Advance Schwab's Modern Wealth Management experience across the Heartland Region.
Partner with branch leaders and wealth management professionals to drive coaching effectiveness and client engagement.
Support business growth through coaching, development, and strategic consultation.
Evaluate performance trends and implement actionable improvement strategies.
Balance strategic priorities, manage risk, and drive continuous improvement across branches.
