Job summary

Charles Schwab is seeking an experienced relationships-driven sales professional to acquire and grow Schwab Asset Management solutions across a designated territory. You will build durable partnerships with financial consultants, branch leaders and regional partners, translating investment concepts into clear client conversations.

You will act as a strategic thought partner, identify advisor needs, join meetings to educate on investment strategies, and lead in-market events.

Qualifications

Active FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Experience in consultative sales, business development or relationship management.
Experience in financial services, wealth management, or asset management.
Ability to explain investment concepts clearly to advisors and clients.
Willingness to travel within the territory.

Responsibilities

Own acquisition and growth for Schwab Asset Management offerings across the territory.
Build durable relationships with Financial Consultants, branch leaders and regional partners.
Act as a strategic thought partner to identify client needs and position solutions.
Join advisor meetings to provide education on investment strategies.
Develop knowledge of investment philosophies and portfolio concepts.
Lead in-market client events, branch meetings, and webcasts.
Use Salesforce and Tableau to manage opportunities and analyze trends.
Collaborate across WAMS, product, marketing and investment partners.
Travel regularly to perform branch visits and client meetings.
