NEFCO seeks a strategic Director of Vendor-Managed Inventory Solutions to lead the national VMI program, aligning with NEFCO’s digital commerce and supply chain strategies. You will drive growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction by building scalable processes and guiding multi-site teams including Sales and Implementation Specialists.

The role requires executive oversight of VMI accounts, KPI tracking, and collaboration with IT and procurement to deliver seamless end-to-end VMI

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Construction Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 10+ years in supply chain, VMI, or inventory management with at least 5 years in senior leadership.
• Proven success building and scaling multi-site or national VMI programs.
• Strong financial acumen with budgets, ROI models, and P&L impact.
• Expertise in VMI technologies (vending, RFID/barcode, mobile apps, ERP integrations, IoT).
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship management skills.

• Oversee VMI Managers and their teams to deliver on program objectives.
• Champion adoption of VMI technologies and optimize end-to-end workflows.
