Job summary

Hodell-Natco Industries (HNI) is seeking a VMI Specialist in Longmont, CO to lead and flawlessly execute a new VMI program at the customer site. You will develop strategic partnerships, maintain proactive communication with the customer and Hodell-Natco teams, and manage the program from setup through execution.

The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven inventory management within an industrial supply chain context.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a customer-facing role.
• Experience in team lead/supervisory roles a plus.
• Industrial, manufacturing or distribution experience a plus.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with the Customer to meet/exceed service standards and act as a consultative local partner.
• Enter orders and quotes; coordinate with purchasing and operations to meet requirements.
• Act as an advocate for the Customer to improve the VMI experience with Hodell-Natco.
• Lead all VMI activity at the defined site and collaborate with Hodell-Natco departments.
