Job summary

Momentum Life Sciences is seeking a Director of Virtual Clinical Operations to lead and optimize our virtual clinical educators and managers. You will drive excellence in patient care education, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and ensure regulatory compliance while shaping staffing and performance across programs.

Ideal candidates possess 5+ years at director level in virtual environments, 3+ years in virtual pharma, and a preference for a Master’s degree with an RN license.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Director level experience in virtual/call center environments.
• 3+ years in virtual pharmaceutical experience.
• Master’s degree preferred; RN license desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead the virtual clinical education and support teams to exceed client expectations.
• Drive operational efficiency and scalable processes across departments.
• Collaborate with Client Solutions, Data & Analytics, Training, and Compliance.
• Monitor performance using dashboards (PowerBI) and ensure KPIs are met.
• Oversee staffing plans, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and quality standards across programs.
