Bios Life in Cambridge, MA is seeking an experienced Virtual Clinic Operations Manager to build and scale our virtual care model, ensuring patient experience, quality, and compliance remain top priorities.

You will own day-to-day operations, develop scalable workflows across the patient journey, optimize EMR use, and partner with Clinical, Product, Technology, HR, and Finance to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare or clinical operations.
• Experience scaling a virtual clinic or virtual care delivery model.
• Ability to build processes and infrastructure in high-growth environments.
• Strong understanding of virtual patient journeys and clinical workflows.
• Experience with EMR/EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day operations of the virtual clinic to ensure a seamless patient experience for patients, providers, and care teams.
• Develop scalable workflows across the patient journey including scheduling, onboarding, care delivery, follow-up, and escalation.
• Build the operational infrastructure needed to support increasing patient and provider volume.
• Anticipate capacity constraints and bottlenecks and develop proactive solutions.
• Partner with Clinical leadership to ensure appropriate provider capacity, scheduling, coverage, and resource allocation.
