Momentum Life Sciences, Inc. seeks a Virtual Clinical Manager to lead Nurse Educators and support teams in a remote, omnichannel environment. You will mentor staff, manage client initiatives, and deliver world-class patient experiences through proactive problem-solving and industry knowledge.

The role focuses on building client relationships, providing clinical insights for content, and guiding MLS as the business grows, with emphasis on KPI achievement and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Associates degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Active, unrestricted RN license with 5+ years of clinical experience.
• Previous work as a clinical Supervisor/Manager in a telephonic environment.
• Telephonic patient education experience, including complex therapy education.
• Experience using motivational interviewing techniques.
• Understands the pharmaceutical industry as it relates to telephonic nursing experience.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and grit.
• Experience using several software applications within a multi-screen environment including Microsoft products.
• Ability to pull multi-level reports and coach to appropriate behaviors.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Nurse Educators and/or Non-Clinical Support.
• Manage client initiatives and ensure high-quality patient experiences.
• Oversee training components and implementation for confidence upon completion.
• Deliver performance reviews and coach team to meet KPIs.
• Maintain compliance and quality standards across client programs.
• Collaborate with interdepartmental leaders on program updates.
