Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Dir, Epidemiology Pipeline (TA - Virology) to lead scientific oversight across virology clinical trials. You will collaborate with RWLP management, business development, and operations to shape proposals, bids, and capability presentations.

The role requires a graduate degree in Epidemiology/Statistics/Public Health, strong knowledge of study designs including post-marketing/late-phase, and proficiency in SAS/R/Python.

Qualifications

• SME in Virology Clinical Trials.
• Graduate degree in Epidemiology, Statistics, or Public Health; Masters preferred, Doctorate a plus.
• Requires knowledge of diverse study designs; familiarity with post-marketing/late-phase guidelines preferred.
• Basic knowledge of SAS, R, Python; willingness to work with data.
• Excellent written and spoken communication and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and collaborative abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide scientific oversight of selected projects to meet timelines, budgets, quality, and satisfaction.
• Develop and peer-review key study documents (protocols, CRFs, SAPs, study management plans).
• Lead scientific advisory boards for safety studies and produce reports/manuscripts.
