Job summary

Syneos Health seeks a Dir of Epidemiology Pipeline (TA - Virology) to provide scientific leadership across virology clinical trials and post-marketing studies. You will oversee study design, analysis plans, and reporting, while collaborating with RWLP and other functions to win global opportunities.

The role requires a graduate degree in Epidemiology/Statistics/Public Health, with strong SAS/R/Python skills, and a track record in leadership and cross-functional teamwork.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree required in epidemiology, statistics, public health or equivalent.
• Experience with diverse study designs including post-marketing and late-phase studies preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide scientific oversight for virology clinical trials and win global opportunities.
• Develop and review study documents: protocol, CRFs, SAP, study plans and reports.
• Lead scientific advisory boards and author publications to promote services.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes and ROI.
