Job summary

GridCARE is hiring a Manager or Director of Utility Partnerships to lead multi-year engagements with utilities and close strategic partnerships. You will combine business development with deep utility industry expertise to drive long-term growth.

You will build and manage a pipeline, secure commercial agreements, and represent GridCARE at industry events, shaping a scalable go-to-market for energy-tech solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships within utilities or energy tech.
• Proven track record of securing contracts with utilities and driving revenue growth.
• Extensive network of utility industry contacts and executive-level relationships.
• Deep understanding of the utility industry, regulation, policy, and grid interconnection.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with ability to articulate complex value propositions.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced or technical degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of GridCARE for utilities.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of utility contacts across departments and levels.
• Drive strategic partnerships from introduction to execution of commercial agreements.
• Maintain accountability for meeting and exceeding utility partnership targets.
• Identify high-value opportunities and craft targeted approaches to secure engagements.
• Create compelling narratives to articulate GridCARE's value proposition to decision-makers.
• Represent GridCARE at industry conferences, forums, and events to elevate visibility.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop product and commercial strategies for utilities.
