Job summary

WeaveGrid is seeking an Associate Director of Business Development & Strategic Partnerships to grow new business with electric utilities and build collaborations with automakers, EV charging and energy tech providers.

Reporting to the VP of Market Development & Partnerships, you will own a focused portfolio, qualify opportunities, build executive relationships, develop compelling value propositions, negotiate agreements, and drive launches and revenue in a remote-capable role across the United

Qualifications

7–10 years of experience in enterprise business development or partnerships.
Proven track record in structuring and closing complex B2B deals with utilities or energy tech.
Strong ability to navigate multi-stakeholder organisations and negotiate favorable terms.

Responsibilities

Own a prioritized portfolio of utility accounts and opportunities through scoping, proposal, negotiation, and signature.
Develop relationships with utility executives across transportation electrification and grid planning.
Lead discovery to understand priorities, regulations, budgets, and decision processes.
Develop proposals, business cases, pricing strategies, and materials to win complex opportunities.
Navigate procurements, regulatory processes, pilots, and other pathways.
