Job summary

Serco Inc. seeks a visionary Leader to support Undersea and Submarine Programs, driving cradle-to-grave acquisition and lifecycle sustainment. You will oversee technical innovation, contracting and performance across a matrix of senior government and industry stakeholders.

The role requires an active DoW Secret clearance with TS/SCI upgrade eligibility, U.S. citizenship, and 10+ years in defense programs. Travel and strategic engagement are expected to sustain mission success.

Qualifications

• Active U.S. DoW Secret clearance with immediate TS/SCI upgrade eligible.
• 10+ years leading complex government/defense programs and contracts.
• Experience engaging senior government, military and industry stakeholders.
• Bachelor-level degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor on program execution, performance, risks and priorities.
• Lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders in a matrix environment.
• Oversee evaluation of program performance, acquisition outcomes and readiness.
• Support development of governance, metrics and optimized business practices.
• Manage complex government contracts and strategic initiatives.
