Job summary

Serco is seeking a visionary Leader to support the PAE Undersea and Submarine Programs portfolio. This director-level role will manage technical innovation, strategic contracting, and lifecycle sustainment for advanced undersea platforms, reporting to senior government and industry leaders.

The role requires an active DoW Secret clearance with immediate TS/SCI upgrade eligibility, U.S. citizenship, and 10+ years in defense, acquisition, shipbuilding, or related programs.

Qualifications

• Active DoW Secret clearance with eligibility to upgrade to TS/SCI preferred.
• U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to senior government and industry stakeholders regarding program execution, performance, risk, and priorities.
• Support senior-level customer engagement activities across Undersea Warfare Enterprise.
• Conduct independent assessments of program execution, schedule performance, and acquisition outcomes.
• Identify risks and opportunities and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
• Evaluate program performance measures and support informed decision-making.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate operational processes, governance, and metrics.
• Lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders to achieve mission objectives.
• Promote collaboration across government, industry, and internal organizations.
