Job summary

Serco Inc. in the United States is seeking a visionary Leader to support the Undersea and Submarine Programs portfolio within the PAE model. You will champion cradle-to-grave acquisition, managing technical innovation, contracting, and lifecycle sustainment for advanced undersea platforms.

The role requires an active DoW Secret clearance (TS/SCI upgrade preferred), US citizenship, and 10+ years of leadership in defense programs. Travel ~25% and strong cross‑functional collaboration are expected.

Qualifications

Active DoW Secret security clearance required.
U.S. citizenship required.
Degree in Business, Engineering, Program Management, Acquisition, or related field.
10+ years of leadership experience in defense, acquisition, shipbuilding, sustainment, or related programs.
Experience managing large government programs and engaging senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Advise senior government and industry stakeholders on program execution, performance, risk, and priorities.
Lead cross‑functional teams across defense programs to achieve mission outcomes.
Assess program performance, schedule, and industrial base readiness; propose actionable improvements.
Support complex government contracts and strategic initiatives.
Influence stakeholders in a matrixed environment and drive governance and performance metrics.
