Job summary

Ryder Integrated Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Director of Business Development - Brokerage to lead new business pursuits and expand client partnerships in the United States.

You will guide deal strategy, pricing, value messaging, and a cross-functional team to win contracts and meet a sales quota. Essential responsibilities include leading the sales cycle, developing pricing plans, and pursuing cross-sell opportunities with existing clients while adhering to Ryder's policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or related field required.
• Master's degree in business administration preferred.
• 5+ years selling supply chain solutions with quota attainment.

Responsibilities

• Lead deal pursuit and create deal and pricing strategy for new business.
• Coordinate cross-functional pursuit team and set deal strategy.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals while meeting sales quotas.
• Provide continued commercial support on existing accounts.
• Collaborate with SCS/DTS teams for cross-sell opportunities.
