Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP in Seattle is seeking a Director for the Transaction Services group with an entrepreneurial spirit to build a new practice within the firm.

The ideal candidate will lead engagement teams, manage client relationships, coach staff, and coordinate services, while supervising and training personnel. CPA is required, and willingness to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally is needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• Minimum 12 years of related experience; experience in a large public accounting firm preferred.
• CPA required. If not a CPA, must meet educational requirements to obtain CPA license upon hire in state of employment.
• Must have the ability to analyze complex business and transaction situations.
• Previous experience supervising and training staff.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal & written communication skills.
• Excellent presentation skills and marketing abilities are required.
• Must be willing and able to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally.

Responsabilités

• Lead transaction services engagement teams at a large national professional services firm.
• Engage in major engagement management: manage client relationships, coach staff, coordinate services from other parts of the firm.
• Research complex accounting issues and conduct financial due diligence for mergers and acquisitions and other transaction services.
