Job summary

Topstep seeks a Senior Manager for Trader Onboarding & Identity Operations in the United States. This strategic leader guides Trust & Resilience, owning onboarding, identity verification, sanctions screening, KYC/EDD, and quality management across traders.

You will lead a specialized team, partner with Legal, Compliance, Product, and Engineering to build automated verification systems and defend against regulatory exposure and platform abuse.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leadership in fintech/regulated financial services operations with identity operations experience.
• 3+ years hiring and managing teams in high-volume regulated environments.
• Deep knowledge of AML/KYC, CIP, OFAC sanctions.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team with QA reviews and coaching.
• Plan staffing and define team KPIs to drive operational results.
• Enhance KYC/CIP and verification capabilities across trader lifecycle.
