• 1–2 years of experience in digital customer operations or KYC/AML.
• Familiarity with IDV interfaces and verification workflows.

Responsibilities

• Process entry‑level queues for automated IDV failures following SOPs.
• Review baseline registration data and standard identity documents.
• Escalate complex cases to Senior/Lead Analysts with concise notes.
• Maintain compliant records for QA audits and regulatory needs.
• Provide feedback on routine friction points or system errors.
