Job summary

Topstep is seeking a Senior Trader Onboarding Operational Readiness Analyst in the United States to govern QA, monitor SLA performance, and drive readiness across IDV, CIP and sanctions workflows. You will act as a liaison with Compliance, architect SOPs, QA scorecards, and scalable KYC/EDD frameworks, enabling future regulated expansion.

Qualifications

2–4 years of QA, operational readiness, compliance testing, audits, or risk operations in fintech or financial institutions.
Deep familiarity with IDV, CIP, Sanctions workflows and regulated KYC/AML/EDD frameworks.
Experience using QA scoring tools and screening vendor platforms.
Ability to design and operationalize new procedures and training materials.

Responsibilities

Audit, SLA governance, and ongoing monitoring of IDV, CIP, and sanctions cases.
Develop scalable KYC/EDD frameworks and QA scoring models.
Translate compliance policies into practical SOPs and training.
Refine screening logic and calibrate defect trends with monthly reviews.
Lead UAT for vendor/tool changes with cross-functional teams.
