Job summary

Topstep LLC seeks a Trader Onboarding Analyst to support the Trust & Resilience team's onboarding workflow. You will perform identity verification, basic document checks, and initial risk screening, following established SOPs to move verified accounts through the funnel.

This entry-level role focuses on processing routine cases, maintaining precise records, and providing actionable feedback. You will work with a remote-friendly team in the United States and escalate complex issues to Senior

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in digital customer operations, data verification, KYC/AML, or back-office compliance.
• Familiarity with IDV tools and digital document checks.
• Strong SOP discipline with accuracy in high-volume environments.
• Basic knowledge of digital onboarding and data privacy.
• Exceptional attention to detail with analytical skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication for documenting cases and escalation.

Responsibilities

• Process entry-level queues for IDV failures per SOPs and detailed instructions.
• Review baseline registration data and standard identity/tax documentation; pass verified accounts forward.
• Triage and escalate out-of-scope issues or elevated risk signals with concise case notes.
• Maintain precise and compliant documentation for QA audits and regulatory requirements.
• Track anomaly trends and provide feedback to Senior Analysts and Management.
