Job summary

BayCare Health System in Clearwater, FL is seeking a Director Total Rewards to design, implement, and manage comprehensive compensation and benefits programs. You will lead a team, benchmark market trends, ensure regulatory compliance, and align rewards with business goals.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in HR or related field (master’s or certifications preferred), 10+ years in compensation and benefits with leadership experience, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field required.
• Master’s degree or professional certifications (CCP, CBP, SPHR) preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive compensation and benefits experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead total rewards strategy, including compensation and benefits programs.
• Oversee salary structures, incentive plans, executive compensation, and market benchmarking.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with FLSA, ERISA, ACA and related laws.
• Analyze data and report to executives; manage vendor relationships.
• Lead and mentor a high‑performing total rewards team.
