Job summary
BayCare Health System in Clearwater, FL is seeking a detail-oriented Compensation Analyst to support development, administration, and evaluation of compensation programs across the health system. The role partners with HR and leaders to provide compensation expertise, conduct market analyses, and ensure internal equity and regulatory compliance; onsite 3 days/week with a salary range $62k-$68k.

Qualifications
- Two+ years of experience in compensation analysis or three+ years in a related HR role.
- Strong analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Analyze compensation data and market trends to ensure competitive pay practices.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and participate in compensation surveys.
- Support the development and maintenance of salary structures, pay grades, and compensation tables.
- Prepare and evaluate job descriptions, determine pay grades and salary ranges, and assess exemption status.
- Maintain records related to job evaluations and compensation analyses.
- Assist in developing compensation philosophies, policies and programs.
- Collaborate with HR professionals and leaders on compensation questions.
