Qualifications

• Knowledge of federal, state and local regulations affecting compensation and benefits.
• Strong analytical ability to design highly complex systems and programs.
• Leadership and collaboration with HR leaders and executives.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and continuously evaluate Total Rewards strategy and compensation/benefits programs.
• Collaborate with the HR CHRO and executive leaders to develop and deliver well-considered compensation and benefits solutions and processes.
