Campbell's is seeking a seasoned leader to drive technical capability programs across our core platform processes. You will lead a team of technical service leads, industrialization leads and quality engineers to deliver scalable startup projects, cost improvements and continuous quality enhancements that boost consumer satisfaction.

You will shape risk management directions, collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing and R&D, and ensure safety, compliance and reliable results across multiple

Qualifications

• B.A. degree in Food Science, engineering or comparable technical degree required.
• Minimum of ten (10) years of process development/ process engineering/ manufacturing operations/ project management experience in a manufacturing environment (preferably food), including people management experience.
• 75% travel required.

Responsibilities

• Set direction for active projects and ensure transparency with Quality, Manufacturing and R&D partners.
• Develop and manage a technical readiness playbook for planning against critical business plans.
• Establish systematic business processes for product capital requirements, costing and contingency planning.
• Lead trial readiness and set success criteria and measures of outcomes.
• Create post-launch scorecards and risk escalation forums to drive action planning.
• Develop loss-model standards for new products to improve margins and address quality concerns.
• Build training blocks for critical technical roles.
• Advance maturity with capability benchmarks, process diagnostics and readiness.
