Campbell’s is seeking an Associate Manager, Plant Operational Excellence to lead and coach OpEx teams, deploying World Class Operating System principles across the site to improve cost of goods sold.

You will diagnose OS/MI/MBC, develop TIPs, build capability, and partner with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, Finance, HR and Logistics to deliver sustainable improvements.

Formación

• High School Degree or GED.
• 2 years’ experience with Operational Excellence, Lean, Six Sigma fundamentals.
• 2 years’ experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• 1 year people management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead OPEX teams to drive improvements across the Balance Scorecard.
• Conduct diagnostics of OS, MI, MBC and Industry 4.0 for identified systems/lines.
• Develop tactical implementation plans (TIPs) to drive system improvements.
• Deliver OPEX capability training for site leadership and frontline staff; act as lead trainer for CI tools.
• Track improvements and enabler savings; manage countermeasures.
• Coach stakeholders to influence change across the organization.
