The Campbell's Company is seeking a Manager, Engineering to lead the Engineering organization, delivering projects and developing the team. You will own capital planning and drive efficiency and quality while partnering with R&D, Supply Chain, and Plant staff to implement technology solutions.

Lead a diverse group of engineers, project engineers, and technicians, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and strong stakeholder alignment across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in an engineering discipline or equivalent.
• 5+ years engineering and/or reliability experience.
• 3+ years people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead an Engineering organization including Project Engineers and Controls Technicians.
• Manage capital execution, budgeting, and project alignment with stakeholders.
• Improve plant efficiency and product quality through cost modeling.
• Develop and deliver technology solutions with cross-functional teams.
• Oversee multiple projects, on time and within budget, with risk management.
• Ensure engineering work processes comply with Capital Management and policy.
• Foster professional development of engineering teams.
• Collaborate with Corporate, Plant Engineering, R&D and Supply Chain.
• Communicate effectively with Plant Staff and external stakeholders.
• Drive innovation and integrate diverse initiatives across functions.
