The Campbell's Company seeks a senior leader to drive process development and technical capability, delivering high-quality products, safety, and cost improvements. You will guide a team of technical service and quality engineers across projects and collaborate with Manufacturing, R&D, and Quality to sustain scale-up and innovation.

You will shape risk management, create capability platforms, and mentor employees while aligning with safety and compliance standards across core Campbell brands.

Qualifikationen

• Must have a B.A. degree in Food Science, engineering or comparable technical degree.
• Minimum of ten years in process development, manufacturing operations or related field.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Set direction and align risk profiles for active projects with partners.
• Manage technical readiness to ensure on-time innovation with vertical start-ups.
• Develop and maintain a technical readiness playbook for planning.
• Ensure repeatable processes for cost, standards, and trial readiness.
• Create post-launch scorecards and risk escalation forums.
