Job summary

Campbell’s is seeking a seasoned leader to drive process development, manufacturing capability, and product quality across its Meals & Beverages platforms. You will lead a diverse team of technical service leads, industrialization leads, and quality engineers to ensure successful scale-up and innovative projects while meeting safety and cost targets.

Qualifications

• B.A. degree in Food Science, engineering or comparable technical degree required.
• Minimum of ten years of process development/engineering/manufacturing operations experience.
• Willingness to travel about 75%.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and deployment of technical capability programs to improve process health and product quality.
• Build and manage a team of technical service leads, industrialization leads and quality engineers for scale-up on projects.
• Drive objectives and deliverables for the team with cross-functional partners.
• Set execution plans for strategic deliverables and improve consumer acceptance and cost.
• Develop training blocks to uplift capabilities and promote a safety-first culture.
