Job summary

Campbell’s is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the plant's technology strategy, managing engineering personnel and capital resources to meet objectives and safety standards. You will collaborate across departments to optimize environmental permitting, reporting, and capital expenditures.

You will drive capital projects, ensure reliable infrastructure, and oversee a staff of engineers, promoting professional development and maintaining strong manufacturing performance.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree and 8+ years in engineering/maintenance.
• Experience in a food manufacturing environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plan for manufacturing and capital investment.
• Administer annual capital budget in excess of $30 million.
• Provide technical and project management leadership for capital initiatives.
• Lead integration of new manufacturing systems while minimizing capital spend.
• Oversee environmental programs including permitting and reporting.
• Direct management of assets over $85 million.
• Maintain and develop an engineering staff for manufacturing support.
• Prepare and manage annual department expenses.
