• PIE certification when required.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain assigned production processes while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Rotate between various production functions (Blending Service, Production Lift, Sanitation, Prep, Cook-Blend, Filling, Depalletizing, Labeling, Case Packing, Palletizing).
• Follow production schedules and coordinate activities to support operational requirements.
• Utilize SAP and other systems to complete production activities, inventory transactions, and reporting.
• Monitor product quality and ensure GMP and food safety compliance.
• Perform minor troubleshooting and adjustments to equipment and inventory systems.
• Support inventory management activities, including raw materials, ingredients, packaging, and holds.
• Participate in problem-solving, safety initiatives, audits, and continuous improvement.
• Communicate schedule changes, production issues, and updates to team and leadership.
• Lead shift meetings and training material development.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and support safety observations.
• Assist with training of team members as needed.
