Job summary

CLEAR is seeking a Director, Technical Recruiting to lead a growing team and partner with the CTO to translate business priorities into a winning talent strategy. You will coach recruiters, set hiring plans, and use market insights to attract exceptional technical talent across the organization.

You'll be rewarded with a comprehensive compensation package including a base salary range of $180,000 - $230,000, bonus opportunities, and a range of benefits.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of recruiting experience leading high-performing teams in fast-growth technology environments.
• Deep expertise in technical recruiting with a track record of building strategies and delivering talent across complex, high-bar technical roles.
• Trusted partnership with senior executives and technology leaders, with the ability to influence hiring strategy and translate business priorities into actionable talent plans.
• Using recruiting data and talent market insights to identify opportunities, tell a compelling story, and drive better hiring decisions.
• Building and developing high-performing teams while navigating multiple priorities in a rapidly changing business environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead CLEAR's technical recruiting strategy and team, ensuring hiring priorities, resources, and recruiting efforts are aligned to the needs of the business
• Partner with the CTO and senior technology leaders to understand organizational priorities, anticipate talent needs, and develop strategic hiring plans
• Coach, develop, and lead a high-performing team of Technical Recruiters, establishing clear expectations and raising the bar for recruiting execution and candidate experience
• Leverage recruiting data, talent market intelligence, and business insights to influence hiring strategies, identify opportunities, and advise leaders on how to attract and hire exceptional technical talent
• Build trusted relationships across Technology and the People team while continuously improving recruiting processes, practices, and approaches to deliver against evolving business needs
