CLEAR is seeking a Director of Technical Recruiting at its New York, NY headquarters to lead the technical hiring strategy. You will partner with the CTO and tech leaders, build a high-performing team, and drive data-driven hiring decisions to meet growth priorities.

In this full-time leadership role, you will shape strategic plans, influence senior executives, and optimize candidate experience while delivering against CLEAR's critical technical needs.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of recruiting experience, including leading and developing high-performing teams in fast-paced, high-growth technology environments.
• Deep expertise in technical recruiting with a track record of building strategies and delivering talent across complex, high-bar technical roles.
• Trusted partnership with senior executives and technology leaders to influence hiring strategy and translate priorities into talent plans.
• Proficiency using recruiting data and market insights to identify opportunities and drive hiring decisions.
• Ability to navigate multiple priorities, ambiguity, and rapidly changing business needs.

• Lead CLEAR's technical recruiting strategy and team, ensuring hiring priorities, resources, and efforts align with business needs.

• Build trusted relationships across Technology and People teams and continuously improve recruiting processes.
