Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business with a concentration in Accounting; CPA required.
• 10+ years of experience in accounting/finance.
• Expert knowledge of U.S. GAAP and IFRS; derivatives, business combinations, investments, financing structures.
• Ability to make judgment calls and interact with senior finance leaders.

Responsibilities

• Researching, documenting, and resolving technical accounting issues under U.S. GAAP and IFRS.
• Performing contract reviews to ensure policy compliance.
• Monitoring new accounting standards and assisting in implementation.
• Provide external reporting support and annual impairment reviews for goodwill.
