Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper seeks a Director of Technical Accounting and Accounting Research to lead the technical accounting function, policies, and SEC reporting support. This senior role partners with External Reporting, Consolidations, and audit teams to ensure accurate disclosures and robust accounting guidance across the organization.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical accountant with deep U.S. GAAP expertise, IFRS familiarity, and strong memo-writing and executive communication skills,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field is required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Active CPA license is required.
• Deep U.S. GAAP expertise with working knowledge of IFRS.
• Strong research, memo-writing discipline, and executive communication skills.
• Experience leading technical accounting teams and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Experience with SAP and SEC reporting support is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead research, documentation, and resolution of technical accounting matters under U.S. GAAP and SEC guidance.
• Author papers and memoranda that document analysis, conclusions, and audit‑ready support.
• Monitor new accounting standards and assess impact on policies and disclosures.
• Provide training on new guidance to finance and accounting teams.
• Support SEC filings, pro forma disclosures, and external reporting processes.
• Lead impairment and governance processes; liaison with auditors.
