Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a Senior Manager, External Reporting to lead the team responsible for SEC filings and external reporting, partnering with tax, legal, investor relations, and auditors. This role ensures accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC rules.

The position is based at our Frisco, TX headquarters with a hybrid schedule (3 days in-office, 2 days remote) and involves cross‑functional leadership across global reporting processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; Active CPA required.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting, auditing, financial reporting, or SEC reporting experience.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SEC reporting requirements, Regulation S-X, S-K, disclosure controls, and public company reporting practices.
• Experience leading SEC filings and coordinating with internal/external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation and review of quarterly and annual SEC filings (10-Q, 10-K, 8-K, proxies).
• Oversee preparation of financial statements, footnotes, MD&A, disclosures and schedules.
• Manage external reporting calendar, milestones, and review with auditors and legal counsel.
• Support XBRL tagging and filing readiness for SEC compliance.
• Maintain strong SOX control documentation and evidence.
