Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper seeks a Director of Technical Accounting and Accounting Research to lead the Controllership's technical accounting function. This senior role focuses on complex U.S.

GAAP matters, accounting policy, and support for SEC reporting, requiring hands-on technical expertise and strong cross‑functional collaboration. You will guide research on complex transactions, author ruling papers, and train teams on new standards while partnering with External Reporting, Consolidations, and audit

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive accounting experience, including technical accounting and financial reporting.
• Strong depth in U.S. GAAP research and IFRS knowledge for statutory reporting.
• Experience leading, developing, and coaching technical accounting teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead research, documentation, and resolution of technical accounting matters under U.S. GAAP and SEC guidance.
• Author memos and position papers, maintaining a policy library.
• Support Form 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K filings and SEC disclosures with complex requirements.
