Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of consolidations and corporate accounting under U.S. GAAP.
• Experience leading global consolidation activities and ensuring data integrity.
• Ability to implement new consolidation platforms and drive control enhancements.
• Strong partnering across finance functions to ensure accurate reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end global financial consolidation process for monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.
• Own and coordinate the close calendar, milestones, dependencies, and escalation with regional/functional finance teams.
• Oversee corporate ledger activities, intercompany settlements, eliminations, and equity roll-forwards.
• Establish governance over unusual items, non-GAAP adjustments, and related system mappings for consistent reporting.
• Partner with External Reporting, FP&A, Tax, and IT to support reporting and close processes.
