Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. in Frisco, TX is seeking a Senior Manager, External Reporting to lead the SEC and other statutory reporting, ensuring US GAAP compliance and high-quality financial disclosures.

This role partners with Accounting, Legal, Investor Relations and Audit, manages the external reporting calendar, and drives continuous improvements in reporting processes within a hybrid work schedule.

Qualifications

• Active CPA is required.
• 10+ years of accounting, auditing, financial reporting, or SEC reporting experience.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.
• Experience preparing or reviewing Forms 10-K and 10-Q, MD&A, and related disclosures.
• Strong analytical, project management and leadership skills.
• Ability to lead teams, manage priorities, and communicate with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation and review of quarterly and annual SEC filings (10-Q, 10-K, 8-K, proxies).
• Oversee financial statements, footnotes, MD&A, and supporting schedules.
• Manage external reporting calendar, milestones, and review processes with stakeholders and auditors.
• Support XBRL tagging and disclosure controls for SEC readiness.
• Maintain SOX controls documentation and governance over external reporting.
