Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a technical or business discipline.
• 10+ years of UX or design experience with leadership of multidisciplinary teams.
• Expertise across multiple UX disciplines and fluent in design methods.
• Experience with Agile, Design Thinking, Lean UX or similar.
• Strong communication and storytelling to influence across levels.
• Strategic thinking with deep user empathy and growth mindset.
• Proven ability to hire and grow design talent, including researchers.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 8–10 experience designers/researchers to deliver human-centered solutions.
• Shape the vision for global digital services and partner with product, tech, and business.
• Guide the team with tools and methods, grounded in data and empathy.
• Grow a research practice, roadmap research, and elevate findings to partners.
• Advocate for user voice at all design stages using qualitative and quantitative insights.
• Foster innovation with responsible exploration of AI and other technologies.
• Collaborate with UX leaders to ensure cohesive experiences across the ecosystem.
• Strengthen design systems, workflows, and accessibility standards.
• Coach and mentor designers/researchers to broaden their impact.
• Deliver UX assets: blueprints, roadmaps, personas, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes.
