Job summary

Deluxe Corporation is seeking a Director of Product & Technology Partnerships to scale the technology partner ecosystem and drive business growth. You’ll establish strategic relationships with POS providers, payment gateways, and software platforms, translating partner needs into actionable requirements for Product and Engineering.

You will oversee partner onboarding, certification, and enablement, while guiding integration strategies and ensuring compatibility across platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in payments, fintech, merchant services, technology partnerships, or integrated payment solutions.
• Strong technical understanding of payment technologies, including gateways, APIs, POS integrations, and processing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand the technology partner ecosystem with VARs, POS providers, payment gateways, and hardware/software platforms.
• Lead technical partnership engagement and integration strategy, advising on payment integration models, APIs, gateways, and certifications.
• Define partner certification, onboarding, and integration standards; maintain visibility into capabilities and documentation.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to support platform expansion and address market needs.
• Align partnership initiatives with Product, Engineering, Sales, and other stakeholders to drive business impact.
