Qualifications

• 12+ years in dynamic talent acquisition and 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Experience building scalable enterprise recruiting functions.
• Experience using data, AI, and workforce analytics to improve hiring outcomes.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled recruiting and modern ATS platforms.
