Ponte Firm is looking for an experienced Director, Talent & Partnerships to lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Talent Managers while continuing to manage a select roster of top creators. This hybrid leadership role sets the standard for performance, coaching through negotiations and strategy, and contributing to operational improvements and strategic initiatives that scale the agency.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in creator, talent, influencer, or digital talent management.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop client-facing teams.
• Track record of building a successful creator roster.
• Strong negotiation skills for brand partnerships and deals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Talent Managers.
• Achieve quarterly revenue bookings and roster growth.
• Coach through negotiations, strategy, pricing, and renewals.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching.
• Negotiate and manage contracts from start to finish.
• Grow creator businesses through partnerships and proactive account management.
• Manage select roster of high-value creators.
• Recruit and develop talent management staff.
