You will lead cross-functional initiatives, build scalable processes, and ensure payroll continuity with clear owners, milestones and reporting.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience in agency/tech settings.
• Experience executing performance management and talent reviews.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects and roadmaps.
• Strong knowledge of payroll controls and employment regulations.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of performance management cycles and talent reviews.
• Develop clear project plans and proactively manage timelines and risks.
• Ensure leaders understand Talent processes and required actions.
• Maintain and improve Talent Management toolkits, templates and docs.
• Provide concise reporting on progress, risks and decisions.
• Manage offboarding processes and continuity coverage for payroll.
