Night is seeking a driven Talent Coordinator to join our team of top digital talent managers. You’ll serve as a day-to-day contact for talent and internal teams, coordinating logistics, campaigns, and partnership opportunities across branding, social, and creator programs.

This is a high-exposure launchpad role designed to grow into a manager. You should be flexible, travel as needed, and thrive in a fast-paced, non-traditional work environment based in New York.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of experience in talent management, influencer marketing, agency, or brand partnerships.
• Deep knowledge of YouTube, Twitch, and TikTok from a business and audience perspective.
• Genuine passion for streaming, music, and/or gaming culture.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; comfortable with high-profile talent.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented; able to juggle multiple clients and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a day-to-day contact for talent and internal teams, supporting business, creative, and logistics.
• Drive outbound brand outreach and business development to generate revenue for the roster.
• Identify, qualify, and route inbound partnership opportunities across multiple clients.
• Support deal negotiation and execution from pitch through contracting and delivery.
• Travel with and support talent onsite at major events, activations, and appearances.
• Track and process deals, deliverables, and timelines using internal systems.
• Stay ahead of trends across streaming, music, gaming, and creator culture; surface insights.
• Identify and track emerging creators with signing potential.
