Mosaic Health is seeking a strategic, data-driven Director of Talent Acquisition Strategy & Operations to oversee technology, analytics, recruitment marketing, and operational excellence.

Reporting to the Vice President of Talent Acquisition, this leader will partner across HR, Marketing, IT, Finance, and business leaders to optimize recruiting operations, leverage AI, and provide workforce insights that drive growth and an exceptional hiring experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition or HR Operations experience with leadership.
• Experience leading Talent Acquisition strategy and enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Strong expertise with Workday Recruiting and analytics.
• Healthcare recruiting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Talent Acquisition strategy and operating model.
• Lead initiatives to improve recruiting effectiveness and scalability.
• Standardize recruiting processes and governance.
• Drive automation, AI, and process optimization.
• Own Workday Recruiting and related Talent Acquisition technologies.
• Lead system enhancements, reporting, and technology implementations.
• Develop dashboards measuring recruiting performance.
• Provide market intelligence to support workforce planning.
