Mosaic is seeking a Director of Talent Acquisition to lead and modernize our enterprise recruiting across a mission-driven organization, reporting to the Associate Vice President of Talent Strategy. You will partner with senior leaders to forecast workforce needs, strengthen pipelines, and elevate executive hiring while modernizing recruiting technology and ensuring a high-touch candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years in a similar leadership role in talent acquisition.
• Experience leading enterprise or healthcare recruiting functions and supporting executive hiring.
• Experience configuring and optimizing end-to-end ATS systems.
• Experience using recruiting analytics to influence business decisions.
• Experience operating in regulated or complex environments (healthcare or IDD).

• Shape enterprise TA strategy and multi-year talent acquisition roadmap.
• Advise senior leadership with labor market intelligence and talent insights.
• Modernize recruiting through AI, technology, analytics and automation.
• Elevate executive recruiting for senior operational, clinical, and executive roles.
• Build proactive pipelines and sourcing strategies for critical, hard-to-fill roles.
• Turn recruiting data into business intelligence to drive improvements.
• Redesign the candidate and hiring-leader experiences to reduce friction.
• Develop a high-performing TA team and elevate recruiters to strategic partners.
• Strengthen employer brand through collaboration with HR and Marketing.
