Holman is seeking a Director of Talent Acquisition to lead enterprise TA strategies, executive recruitment, employer branding, and TA operations. You will guide a team, drive innovation with technology and AI, and partner with HR and leaders to scale hiring across locations.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in TA, 5+ years leading teams, and deep knowledge of ATS/CRM and recruiting tech; master's preferred. This role emphasizes diversity, inclusion, and data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; master's preferred.
• 8+ years in talent acquisition, including 5+ years leading recruiting teams.
• Experience in enterprise recruiting across multiple locations.
• Proven success in executive search and partnering with senior leadership.
• Strong knowledge of ATS, CRM, analytics, and emerging recruiting technologies.
• Proven ability to lead change and drive results through TA.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to forecast needs and provide market insights.
