Job summary

VASA Fitness is seeking a Director of Talent Acquisition to lead the enterprise-wide recruitment strategy across 18 districts and 80+ clubs in multiple states. You will build scalable TA infrastructure, drive AI-powered hiring, and partner with senior leadership to forecast workforce needs.

This role requires deep expertise in hourly high-volume recruiting, ownership of the TA budget, and the ability to scale recruitment operations while maintaining compliance and strong employer branding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required
• 8+ years of progressive recruiting and/or HR experience, including 3+ years leading and developing a recruiting team
• Deep expertise in hourly, high-volume recruiting across multi-state environments
• Experience owning Applicant Tracking Systems and recruiting technology, including AI-driven tools

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the enterprise-wide talent acquisition strategy aligned with growth objectives
• Lead, coach, and develop the Talent Acquisition team and set hiring metrics
• Manage external agencies, vendor relationships, and the TA budget to optimize speed and quality of hires
• Champion AI-powered recruiting tools and ensure compliant, responsible use across the lifecycle
