Visa’s Global Product organization seeks a Director, People Business Partner to translate business priorities into workforce and organizational strategies. You will partner with senior leaders across multiple teams, identify talent gaps, and deliver candid counsel on organizational health with data-driven insight.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 8 years with an Advanced Degree or at least 3 years with a PhD.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary people business partner to senior leaders across multiple Global Product teams.
• Translate business priorities into workforce and organizational strategies that accelerate execution.
• Proactively identify organizational risks, talent gaps, and capability needs; bring solutions.
• Build trusted relationships to provide candid counsel on sensitive topics and health topics.
• Lead end-to-end organization design for scaling or restructuring.
• Use workforce analytics and benchmarks to inform design decisions.
• Champion operating model and cross-functional collaboration across People teams.
• Partner with M&A for post-merger people integration and Day 1 readiness.
